Mental Health Awareness
Attendees will understand what mental health is and how to combat the challenges that come with it.
A basic level of some mental health issues will be covered during this workshop.
Two day workshop either face-to-face delivery or online. Attendees can expect to gain extensive knowledge on all areas in mental health.
Starting with what specifically can contribute to an individuals wellbeing, then skills to spot the triggers and signs and finally what exactly they can do to take an appropriate approach to helping an individual get back on the right track.
Mental Health First Aid England recommend that all first aiders take a refresher course every 3 years, to stay aligned with all up-to-date methodologies.
Attendees will understand how ro to be confident enough to assist with mental health struggles in the workplace and how to contribute to a happier workplace in overall.
