Suicide Awareness Training

This training outline is designed to provide a comprehensive, empathetic, and practical foundation for suicide awareness. The session focuses on breaking stigma, recognising the “invitation” for help, and understanding the practical steps of intervention. Participants will learn to identify warning signs, engage in supportive conversations, and navigate the UK-specific resources available to support those in crisis. The training empowers individuals to respond with confidence, compassion, and appropriate action when faced with potential suicide risk.
