A basic level of some mental health issues will be covered during this workshop.

Mental Health First Aider

Two day workshop either face-to-face delivery or online. Attendees can expect to gain extensive knowledge on all areas in mental health.

Starting with what specifically can contribute to an individuals wellbeing, then skills to spot the triggers and signs and finally what exactly they can do to take an appropriate approach to helping an individual get back on the right track.

MHFA Refresher Event

Mental Health First Aid England recommend that all first aiders take a refresher course every 3 years, to stay aligned with all up-to-date methodologies.

Our founder is an individual who has experienced and overcome a poor mental wellbeing in his own life and has also witnessed the detrimental effects it can play on an individuals life through people close to him.

Workplace Mindfulness was set up on the back of this and our passion is to simply help as many individuals as possible, live the most happy and fulfilled life that they possibly can.

Mental Health Program

The mental health program offers reactive training for organisations to ensure they are equipped to support their staff when issues arise. Additionally, it provides proactive mental health training, enabling employees to better understand their wellbeing and take charge of their own mental health.

Menopause program

Sixty-seven percent of women in the workplace aged 40 to 60 who have experienced menopausal symptoms report that it negatively impacts their work. Our four-part Menopause program is thoughtfully designed to provide accessible support for those affected.
