Sexual Harassment Awareness Training

Sexual Harassment awareness training for businesses and organisations.

What is sexual harassment awareness training?

This half-day training is designed to empower managers with the knowledge and practical tools to create a workplace culture where sexual harassment is prevented and addressed effectively. Following recent updates to the Equality Act 2010, employers now have an increased duty to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment. Participants will gain clarity on what constitutes sexual harassment, understand the legal framework and their responsibilities as managers, and explore practical strategies for setting clear workplace boundaries. The course will examine the impact of workplace culture on harassment prevention, the importance of bystander intervention, and how to create an environment where employees feel safe to speak up. Additionally, attendees will develop confidence in recognising early warning signs, responding appropriately to concerns, and taking action both as a manager and as a colleague to foster a respectful, inclusive workplace.
