in the workplace program
This program equips participants with tools to manage stress and turn it into a source of growth by building emotional intelligence, resilience, and mindfulness. Through reframing difficult conversations and interactions, participants learn to detach emotionally, viewing challenges as learning opportunities rather than personal affronts. The session emphasizes accepting and adapting to uncontrollable situations, developing self-awareness, and strengthening character and self-esteem.
