About Us
The people behind the purpose
We're a team of passionate wellbeing professionals on a mission to make mental health support accessible, meaningful, and lasting in every workplace we partner with.
Born from lived experience
The Workplace Mindfulness Co. was founded by people who have experienced first-hand the impact that poor mental wellbeing can have both personally and through those close to them.
That lived experience drives everything we do. We saw a gap between what organisations needed and what was actually being offered, too many one-off tick-box sessions, not enough genuine partnership. So we built a company that does things differently.
Today, we work with organisations across the UK and Internationally, including the USA, to deliver training, programs, and digital tools that create lasting change — not just a single afternoon of awareness.
Our Values
What we stand for
These values guide every workshop we deliver, every program we design, and every partnership we build.
Compassion First
Every person we work with is an individual, not a statistic. We approach every conversation with empathy and without judgement.
Partnership, Not Service
We don’t deliver and disappear. We build genuine, long-term relationships with every organisation we work with, proactively supporting you as needs evolve.
Evidence Based
Our workshops and programs are grounded in research and accredited methodologies. We use feedback from every session to continuously improve what we deliver.
Accessible to All
Whether onsite or online, we ensure that high-quality wellbeing support reaches every employee — regardless of location, role, or schedule.
Measurable Impact
We believe in results you can see. Anonymous feedback, engagement data, and ongoing reporting ensure our work makes a real, trackable difference.
Proactive, Not Reactive
We keep you ahead of the curve — alerting you to legislative changes, new guidance, and emerging wellbeing trends before they become urgent.
