Others run manager-only programmes as standalone learning journeys. How long are the manager training sessions?
Most of our manager training sessions are available in 60-minute and 90-minute formats. The 60-minute format works well as a lunch-and-learn or team meeting addition; the 90-minute format allows more time for group discussion, role-play exercises, and Q&A. We will recommend the most suitable length based on your goals and how the session fits into your managers’ schedules.
Are the sessions CPD certified?
Yes. All of our manager training sessions are CPD certified, meaning attendance counts towards participants’ continuing professional development hours.
