A programme is a structured annual partnership: we assess your organisation’s needs, design a sequenced delivery plan, and build in measurement from the start. Sessions are chosen to complement each other over time, not delivered at random. You also get a mid-year review and an annual impact report, so you can see the difference it has made.
How long does a programme run?
Most of our programmes run for 12 months, with sessions spread across the year at a pace that suits your team. Some organisations prefer to start with a six-month pilot, particularly if this is their first structured wellbeing initiative. We can discuss what works for your organisation during the initial consultation.
Can we choose which sessions are included?
Yes — that is the point. Every programme is built around your organisation’s specific challenges. After the discovery session, we will recommend a sequence of sessions from our library of 30+ workshops. You can adjust and refine this, and we review the plan at the mid-year point to adapt if priorities have shifted.
