Neurodiversity Awareness: one session that changes how your team works together
Practical, interactive, tailored to your organisation. Designed so line managers and teammates leave with specific things to do differently on Monday morning — not a list of definitions.
Everything your team needs to have the right conversation, once
Most teams have never had a proper, structured conversation about neurodiversity together. People don’t know what the terms mean, what’s reasonable to ask for, or what to do when a colleague discloses. This session gives everyone the same starting point — without medicalising it, and without putting the burden on the neurodivergent colleagues in the room.
- A shared vocabulary — autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, Tourette’s — without jargon or stigma
- Confidence to talk openly about neurodiversity without tokenism or fear of saying the wrong thing
- Practical adjustments teammates and line managers can make without HR sign-off
- A working understanding of the Equality Act 2010 duty — what “reasonable” means and what it doesn’t
- Language and scripts for the moment a colleague discloses — so no one freezes

We talk
A 15-minute call to understand your team, your stage and what you need. No pitch, just questions.

We deliver
Onsite at your office or online. Interactive, practical, and designed so people actually remember it.
Before you book
Is this for the whole team or just managers?
Whole team — that’s the design intent. If you want a manager-specific deep dive on adjustments and performance conversations, look at Mental Health for Managers or our Neurodiversity for Managers variant.
How soon can you deliver?
Most teams book 4–6 weeks ahead. If you start the conversation this week we can usually have a session running within 4–6 weeks — faster if a slot opens up.
Can neurodivergent staff opt out?
Always. We’ll discuss how to frame it with your team ahead of time. We’ve run this session in ways that centre neurodivergent voices and in ways that protect their privacy — your call.
What does it cost?
We price per session, not per seat, so it scales with your team size. Public sector and charity rates available. Get an exact quote on a 15-minute call.
