Team & Personal Resilience Training

This interactive training session equips all employees with practical tools and strategies to build both individual and team resilience in the workplace. The session explores how we respond to stress and provides evidence-based techniques to develop mindful responses that enhance wellbeing. Participants will learn to harness emotional intelligence and mindfulness practices to increase self-awareness and acceptance, building resilience step by step. The training empowers teams to protect against emotional contagion while creating high-performing, self-sustaining work environments. Participants will develop personal powers of choice over habits, beliefs, and behaviors, enabling them to take greater control of their state in any situation.

Course objectives

  • Understand Stress and Peak Performance: Gain comprehensive understanding of good and bad stress, and learn to engage peak performance through optimal stress levels for defined periods.
  • Protect Against Emotional Contagion: Develop skills to prevent negative emotional spread while empowering team members to create high-performing, self-sustaining teams.
  • Build Personal and Team Resilience: Master practical techniques including ‘antifragility’ strategies that strengthen resilience progressively for both individuals and teams.
  • Develop Personal Powers of Choice: Learn to take control of habits, beliefs, and behaviors to better manage your state in any situation or challenge.
  • Enhance Emotional Intelligence: Build self-awareness through emotional intelligence techniques to recognize triggers and develop mindful responses.
  • Practice Mindfulness for Resilience: Learn and apply mindfulness techniques that foster acceptance of factors outside our control while focusing energy on areas we can influence.
  • Create Sustainable Wellbeing Practices: Develop a personal toolkit of strategies that support long-term resilience and prevent burnout.
